Notice to Clients relating to the Personal
Data (Privacy) Ordinance
(The Ordinance)
1. Clients are not obliged to provide their personal data to
the Firm. However, such provision is necessary so as to enable
the Firm to deliver services to and/or to continue services for
Clients promptly and efficiently from time to time. By providing
the personal data to the Firm, Clients are deemed to agree to
the collection and use of their personal data by the Firm in accordance
to this notice.
2. Failure in the provision of such data may result in the Firm
being unable to deliver services to and/or to continue services
for Clients.
3. The purpose for which data relating to Clients may be used
as follows:
3.1 the daily operation of the services delivered to Clients;
3.2 conducting credit checks;
3.3 ensuring clients' ongoing credit worthiness;
3.4 assisting other institutions or organizations in conducting
reference checks;
3.5 designing and/or marketing services which may be of interest
to Clients;
3.6 meeting the requirements to make disclosure under the obligations
of any law binding on the Firm and/or any of her subsidiaries
and associates;
3.7 purpose relate thereto.
4. Clients' data held by the Firm will be kept strictly confidential
but there is a chance to be disclosed to the following parties
for the purposes set out in clause 3:
4.1 any agent, contractor or third party service provider who
provides services to the Firm in connection with the operation
of her business;
4.2 any third party under a duty of confidentiality to the Firm
which has undertaken to keep such information confidential;
4.3 credit reference agencies, and, in the even of default, to
debt collection agencies;
4.4 any party to which the Firm is obliged to make disclosure
under the requirements of any law binding on the Firm and/or any
of her subsidiaries and associates;
5. In compliance with the Ordinance, Clients have the rights;
5.1 to check whether the data, and what kind of data, relating
to him/her is held by the Firm, and, to access to such data;
5.2 to request the Firm to correct and update any inaccurate data
relating to him/her;
5.3 to request the Firm to discontinue in sending marketing information
to him/her; and
5.4 to ascertain the Firm's practices in relation to data held
by the Firm.
6. In accordance with the Ordinance, the Firm reserves the right
to charge a reasonable fee for the processing of any data access
request.
7. Clients' personal data will only be retained by the Firm for
as long as necessary for the needs of her business or which is
permitted by law.
8. The person to whom requests for access to or correction of
personal data, or for information regarding the Firm's practice
in collecting, holding and using such data to be addressed to

9. Nothing in this notice shall limit the rights of Clients under
Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinancce.
Note: In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese
versions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
Definitions:
"Firm": Minato CPA Ltd.
"Subsidiaries" and "Associates": All operating
entities providing services to clients of Minato CPA Ltd. from
time to time including:

CWCC Consultant Service (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd.
Chan, Wong, Chung Consultant Service (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd.
